Why I write these…
I started writing these articles firstly for me to understand things a bit more, but also to help people understand autism – not just the textbook version, but what it actually feels like in the workplace, in leadership, in parenting, and in life.
Each post is written from my own perspective, “through my eyes” (hence the name of this blog!) to share the challenges, the strengths, and the reality of navigating the world as an autistic professional.
It’s not about having all the answers – it’s about sharing my experience in a way that might help others feel seen, better understood, or just a little less alone.
